Good quality, a bit slow

I recently ordered an XL Photo Book with layflat binding. The print quality on the premium paper was excellent, really sharp and vibrant. The binding felt very sturdy too. My only minor gripe was the delivery; it took a little longer than I expected, around 10 days, which felt a bit drawn out. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking though. Overall, a solid product, but patience is needed for shipping.

Detailed review of my photo mug order

I decided to try Pixum for a custom Photo Mug. The ordering process on their website was straightforward; uploading photos and positioning them was intuitive. I used the mobile app initially, but finished on desktop which felt a bit more precise. Production took about 3 days, and then shipping was another 5 days via standard delivery. The mug itself is a good, sturdy ceramic, and the photo print is clear and sharp without any pixelation. It went through the dishwasher fine. I also ordered a couple of Photo Magnets, and those were equally good quality. No issues with payment or customer support, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Good option for personalized items.

Yeah, a week is pretty standard for the US. I think it shipped from overseas so expect that kinda timeframe. My last order was 8 days.

I've used both and Pixum definitely feels more premium. The paper and print quality are a step up imo, especially on the glossy finish. Worth it for special occasions.
